Hung Ga
Hung Ga is a style that is known for low strong stances, that develop powerful legs as well as dynamic tension exercises that develop the muscles and tendons in the upper body and forearms.
5 Animal 5 Family Kung Fu
Based upon the five famous styles that spread throughout southern China as well as the five Shaolin animals incorporated in these systems.
Lama pai
Lama Pai was brought to Southern China from Tibet. Originally Known as "Lions Roar." It combines ape and crane movements to form a practical system for self-defense and overall health.

The teacher knows his stuff and is patient! If you want to be like the super heroes on TV you see in syfi movies lol, then go hear. It's also very affordable!
